Lawrie Cornish: bespoke agency pitch book

SCREW-POSTbinding
CLOTH-LINED BOXpresentation

Lawrie Cornish, a design, marketing and PR agency that represents high-end property owners, needed a pitch book that was “fit to be shown to a king” created in just ten hours.

We drew on on long-standing relationships with our industry partners to turn this ambitious brief into a reality, at no cost to quality and style.

Each book was presented in an individual, cloth-lined box, padded with laser-cut foam inserts. To create the essential feeling of luxury and exclusivity, we chose a screw-post binding with a heavy, cloth-lined cover and a foiled face.

Thanks to our team’s experience in producing top-quality work in incredibly tight timescales, all four copies were finished and hand-delivered to the client before the deadline.
