Christie’s and Ashley Hicks: interior wall display

FLOOR-TO-CEILINGwrapping

SOLVENT-FREEadhesive

Christie’s auction house commissioned interior designer Ashley Hicks to exhibit some of the auction house’s most remarkable pieces for Classic Week.

They called on Park to help create a backdrop befitting the display, relying on our expertise in accurate colour reproduction to bring Ashley’s vision to life across 190 square metres of wall space.

Our Account Director worked closely with the client to recreate their designs on recyclable canvas, creating a textured effect that gave the impression of raised borders and gold frames.

In total, 16 panels were perfectly colour-matched and precisely positioned by our skilled team, affixed using a solvent-free aqueous paste adhesive, resulting in a stunning, sustainably-printed, floor-to-ceiling display.

The result made waves in the press and on social media, and Christie’s team and their customers were all wowed by the display, which also earned some expert praise from one the biggest names in interior design.

10 indie magazines tackling sustainability

10 Jul 2020

Independent magazines have always pushed the boundaries of culture. This hasn’t always been to their financial advantage. But this is also part and parcel of what makes the indie mag. With principles and …
