Capco property: annual report printing

DISTRIBUTEDby Park's specialist team
HALF-DAYpress-passing time
GOLD SOLIDSreversed out to black
PARK XDmixed screening

The annual report is a key shareholder marketing tool for Capco, an exclusive property developer. Park was asked to reflect Capco’s status in a report with high production values and a luxurious look and feel.

The numerous fine tints in the report would normally have required a stochastic screen. Using Park’s proprietary PARK XDTM screening technique, we applied stochastic screening to the tints only, with conventional screening for images on the same page, ensuring the best reproduction and impact for each image. This included graphs and charts, printed in solid, opaque blacks against gold tint backgrounds.

Fast-drying printing and a matt coat enabled us to complete the press-pass in only half a day.

Every copy was thread-sewn and bound in a cover protected with a silk laminate, and mailed to the shareholders well within the ‘no-fail’ despatch deadline.
