Witan Pacific: annual report printing & typesetting
We are proud to have printed Witan Pacific’s annual reports for the past eight years.
As design collaborators as well as printers, Park took a brief to modernise and future-proof the report. We used the company logo as the starting point for a new graphic langauge, and introduced a simplified typographic layout that conveys key information more clearly, and with greater visual impact.
As with all Park’s report & accounts clients, the speed and experience of our in-house typsetting service enables us to undertake multiple rounds of revisions against strict legal deadlines.
We quickly turn around Witan’s skeleton proofs, returning graphics and initial proofs within 48 hours.
Multiple rounds of author corrections are then undertaken, with single and cumulative blacklining tracking changes in line with regulatory standards. These edits are turned around overnight or the same day.
The report is printed using a four-colour process on Revive Silk, a 100% recycled paper, and is PUR-bound in-house. A web-optimised PDF version is also supplied for use on the company’s website.
Park liaises with the company’s registrars to obtain stakeholder data. Personalised letters and proxy cards are then proofed, printed and enclosed with the report, before Park’s in-house mailing team releases the product to the customer’s recipient list.
