UEFA football programs: international printing in 3 countries

Twelfth Man, a sports design agency, came to Park to produce all the programs for the UEFA Cup finals. This included the Champions League, Women’s Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League, and the Super Cup Finals.

The brief was a major logistical challenge, with only 5 days to print and deliver copies to stadiums across Europe, as well as to delivery points in the UK, Austria and Istanbul.

Park was chosen by Twelfth Man, since our ability to produce print in both London and Europe meant we could be relied upon to deliver against a tight deadline. Delivery to stadiums required adherence to detailed procedures and specific time slots, due to security requirements, and the large number of deliveries being made in a short time. Fast and accurate completion of both the printing and delivery of these brochures, therefore, was critical.

Copies for London were printed in the Park factory, and copies for Europe were produced in Ghent, and also with a longstanding production partner in Turkey. This greatly reduced the cost and delays associated with cross-border shipping, and ensured all the copies reached the stadiums well ahead of kickoff.
