The Zig Zag Building: commercial property brochure

CREATIVEspine cloth
LAY-FLATbinding
6-DAYturnaround

Design agency Pollitt & Partners approached Park to create compelling pre-let brochures for The Zig Zag Building, a commercial office space, as part of a wider marketing campaign.

The brief was to contribute our expertise to the creative process, and execute a superior standard of print to a tight deadline.

Park selected lay-flat binding to showcase the images seamlessly across double-page spreads. We then tested the preferred paper for compatibility with this binding technique, and chose hard-drying inks for their lift and detail on uncoated stock.

Blue and yellow spine cloths tied it all together, complementing the branding in the rest of the marketing campaign.
After sign-off, 700 copies of the brochure were produced in just six days. The eye-catching images and premium design helped Zig Zag Building sell the space in record time.
