SUGi Project: impact report printing
SUGi Project is a non—profit organisation dedicated to improving worldwide communities, and restoring ecosystems through replanting forests and rewilding projects. It is a global project which operates with support from partnerships and governments, and has planted forests in the UK, the US, and Australasia.
SUGi began in 2019, and has already had a huge impact in many communities. This year, they wanted to publish their first impact report to showcase the work they’ve been doing.
It was important to work with an environmentally friendly printer who shared their passion for sustainability, so they came to Park for both our production values and environmental credentials. Coincidentally, SUGi were also in the process of planning a re-forestation project only 3 miles from Park’s door, in Dagenham.
We worked closely with the designer of the report, Daniel Diego Lincoln, to choose materials which would best enhance the incredible imagery taken across all their worldwide projects, whilst also retaining a natural feel.
In collaboration with GF Smith, who supplied all the paper for the report, we sought out stocks which would capture the colour and vibrancy of these projects. The cover was printed on Colorplan mid green 270gsm, and the text pages on Munken Lynx smooth 100gsm, finished with a foil deboss.
Client testimonial
"I wanted to work with Park as I knew we would get a high quality print with a professional service. I really appreciated the care and time taken to help define the paper selection and printing technique. And really grateful that you reached out to GF Smith on the paper. We are really happy with the results and are getting a great response to the people we are sharing it with."
