Spitfire Audio Annual: industry publication
Spitfire Audio, a music technology company, turned to Park for the Spitfire Audio Annual, a celebration of their relationships with friends, colleagues and fellow musicians.
The client wanted to use self-evidently recycled materials, at no expense to print quality and attention to detail.
We sourced an unusual black spiral binding made from recycled materials, and three rarely-used, tactile, recycled stocks that met the client’s requirement for a unique look and feel. For the cover, Nomad 100% recycled, and for the text stocks, Shiro Eco 100% recycled and D Flora Giglio 50% recycled.
We then created a bespoke screen and plate profile to ensure that vibrant colours and fine details were reproduced faithfully on the uncoated stock.
For the slipcase and cover, Park’s experience with creative briefs came into play. We experimented to achieve the perfect solution for the cover and matching slipcase, which were both debossed to showcase Spitfire’s new, custom typeface.
Gloss black foiling brought a stylish contrast to the cover, and finished the annual in striking, eye-catching style.
