Investment management: corporate financing & annual report

Park was originally handed two separate briefs by one of the world’s leading asset management firms to run two separate projects: an annual report, and a corporate financing project.

But it quickly became more complicated.

As with any financial project, the print needed to be created and delivered in compliance with strict ISO 27001 data-protection regulations.

At the last minute, the client requested that we combine the mailing of the two documents. Our team worked closely with the company’s legal team to consolidate two complex mailing matrices, in order accommodate the request.

We then worked round the clock to proofread, print and find all documents within 24 hours of UK Listing Authority approval, to our usual exacting standards of accuracy and design.

Finished packs were shipped via our secured routes, with record counts verified, while automated word and text files of the documents were supplied directly to the client.
