DD London: upmarket property brochure
Dorset House is marketed not just as a home, but also as a unique lifestyle.
Design agency DD London needed a brochure to excite and inspire potential buyers of this exclusive new property development, and had conceived an innovative, three-part brochure, each section with a distinct message, look and feel.
Four-colour printing was used for the two inner layers. To meet a tight budget, the outer wrap was finished with Indigo white ink: more economical than classic silk screening, but still resulting in an appropriately exclusive style.
Three different paper stocks were selected in different sizes, and this created a challenge when it came to binding. So instead of conventional saddle stitching, we used a hand-treadle saddle-stitching machine.
Flourishes such as copper foil and copper wire stitching were chosen to play off the leafy green theme.
