Few Park projects span 5 months – but this was no ordinary production.
Design agency DD London returned to Park on behalf of CBRE Residential, a property developer marketing a stunning duplex penthouse complex in the heart of Covent Garden.
We were brought in early as consultants, to establish how to capture the high-spec finish and meticulous detailing of this exclusive property.
From a range of dummies, the client handpicked their preferred, uncoated stock, ‘Old Mill Premium‘ for which Park developed a bespoke plate profile to reproduce the photography at its finest. Cold-glue case binding allowed flatter opening, do to justice to double-page spreads.
The cover was embossed and foil-blocked for that all-important bespoke finish, and all proofing, print production and finishing were carried out in-house, ensuring rigorous quality control.
