About Park, Newham College said:
Park Communications really invests in apprentice training, bringing in new roles for apprenticeship opportunities. They started with one apprentice on their reception and have grown their offer, providing opportunities for people to progress through the levels with them and into real employment opportunities.
All in all, a very successful day! Alison Branch, Managing Director said:
A huge congratulations to Charlie, he has worked very hard and is a key member of the Team. The management team have also worked hard to ensure that the apprenticeship scheme works well. We are delighted to receive this recognition of their hard work.
Charlie, now a full-time employee, has completed his NVQ Level 2 and is currently working towards level 3. His manager, Roy Bidd, who is training and mentoring Charlie through his apprenticeship, said:
Charlie created a really good first impression, he is extremely motivated and just gets on with everything thrown at him. He has been a full member of the team since day one and works really hard. I'm very proud, he deserves these awards for all his hard work. The opportunities available to Charlie will mean that one day I hope he will take over my job!
