Meeting customer needs and harnessing customer satisfaction are at the heart of Park’s strategy. To deliver excellence in our services, we place customers at the centre of our operations.

 

We take the time to get to know our customers, find out what matters most, and develop ways to help make your business more successful.  By taking this time, and asking the right questions, we come up with better solutions.

All members of our team are highly experienced and most have made their careers at Park.  This continuity means they really get to know your business, spot problems before they become issues, and provide proactive advice.

It helps of course, being so close…..for that urgent project.  We can be with most of our customers in under one hour.

Your account will be overseen by your own dedicated Account Director.  Our Account Directors bring their creative skills to help you work-up and finalise your briefs, budgets and schedules.

Your own dedicated Account Manager will manage your projects from order through to delivery, beating your expectations time-after-time.  You even have a designated No 2 to provide continuity at times of holiday or sickness.

Whatever time of day, we are here to take your call.  We are here round the clock, including Saturdays, and so is our customer service.
